Job Description

This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

In this role, you will oversee and administer data management, data analysis, and reporting capabilities for the broader organization and turn data and analysis into relevant insight and actionable information.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish reporting, dashboard and data engineering KPIs and strategy for the broader team

  • Lead the development and execution of the business intelligence (BI) strategy to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Partner with leadership to identify business opportunities and define KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, and reporting specialists.

  • Establish best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting; foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and visualizations for stakeholders across the business.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that drive performance, forecast trends, and monitor KPIs.

  • Drive the evaluation and implementation of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SQL, Python, dbt).

  • Stay current with BI trends and recommend innovations that improve data accessibility and insight generation.

  • Additional tasks may be assigned 

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering or technical field and 5+ years of related experience

  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and BI concepts

  • Advanced SQL skills (ideally Big Query) and performance tuning

  • Expertise in Qlik, Tableau or Looker

  • Expertise with Google Cloud Platform services and other big data technologies

Preferred

  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in data modeling

  • Experience in Adobe Clickstream, Adobe Analytics
