Sensata Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Leader of Facilities, Environment, Safety & Health (FESH) to lead critical programs across our global operations. This role oversees Facilities Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Security, and Sustainability, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

As a strategic leader, you will drive initiatives that enhance employee safety, health, and environmental performance to world-class standards. You will also champion sustainability programs, regulatory compliance, and innovative solutions that align with Sensata’s corporate strategy and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Sustainability & Environmental Leadership

  • Develop and execute Sensata’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions baselines and reduction targets; Scope 3 initiatives to follow.

  • Define and deliver projects that meet sustainability goals while supporting business growth and acquisitions.

  • Provide technical expertise on environmental and social impact assessments and sustainability risks.

  • Manage environmental and social safeguarding due diligence and ESG compliance.

• Global EHS Strategy

  • Design and implement innovative programs to engage employees in EHS initiatives.

  • Ensure global compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

  • Develop corporate EHS standards, conduct audits, and close performance gaps.

  • Mentor and develop site-level EHS personnel.

• Security Management

  • Oversee global physical security systems, incident management, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with Global Security teams on investigations and risk mitigation.

  • Establish and maintain security standards, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.

• Facilities & Capital Projects

  • Manage capital programs from inception to completion, including new construction and refurbishments.

  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

• Leadership & Governance

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of EHS, Facilities, and Security professionals.

  • Set clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics aligned with Sensata’s priorities.

  • Provide leadership for emergency response planning, business continuity, and recovery strategies.

  • Represent Sensata with government officials and external stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 10+ years of experience in global EHS and Security leadership within a fast-paced, diverse environment.

• Proven expertise in Scope 1 & 2 emissions reporting and reduction strategies.

• Recognized safety certification or licensing in an international standard/program.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results in complex global organizations.

Domestic/International Travel - up to 20-30%

Base Salary Range:

$149,800.00 - $206,030.00
