Your role and responsibilities
As IS Senior Business Analyst you will be a member of a team developing software solutions supporting the operations and customers of ABB Electrification (EL) - Distribution Solution (ELDS) and Service (ELSE). You will be working in a cross-functional team which operates in an international environment and your main responsibility will be to execute the business discovery and to coordinate and run the business analysis activities centered around implementation of Sales enablement platform and common e-commerce platform for EL customers and internal users. This position will allow you to have a direct impact on how solutions used within ABB ELDS/ELSE will look like.

This role is contributing to the EL Distribution Solutions and EL Service Divisions.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Coordinating, planning and executing business analysis activities throughout the project’s lifecycle
Preparing and executing Business Discovery to understand problem statement, vision, map the process and propose the way forward
Collaborating with Business Stakeholders, applying related business processes knowledge and utilizing user centric approach to shape and align the vision of the solution, taking into consideration business and user needs
Understanding, analyzing and managing business requirements and translating them into implementation specifications
Cooperating with PM, architects, UX/UI designers and developers to come out with a high quality product; working with internal teams and vendors
Managing backlog in line with Agile methodologies best practices
Qualifications for the role
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst or similar in IT environment, including the development of IT solutions “from scratch”
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of user-centric methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking) and experience with online collaboration tools (Mural, FigJam, etc.)
Team player able to work in various team setups and in international environment
Experience in facilitating workshops (online, onsite)
Fluent spoken and written English
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Sales process, experience with e-commerce solutions or SalesForce will be an advantage
