The Role:

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will lead comprehensive facility operations and contractor management for client sites, ensuring seamless delivery of maintenance services, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Working onsite with a client in Notting Hill, Melbourne.

  • Supervise property and facilities service providers through in-house and contracted delivery models
  • Allocate and track maintenance requests using CMMS systems within budget parameters
  • Execute scheduled maintenance programs and manage reactive service requests
  • Champion zero-accident culture through safety walks and regulatory compliance
  • Build strong partnerships with site management and client teams for effective collaboration
  • Participate in business continuity planning and provide after-hours support for critical incidents
  • Ensure facility operations meet client requirements and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate database records and manage work order systems
  • Serve as facility point-of-contact for corporate initiatives and regional planning
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery while developing team capabilities

What you will bring:

  • 2-4 years facilities management experience
  • Knowledge of WHS, QA, and environmental systems
  • Familiarity with HVAC, fire, and electrical services
  • Strong customer service focus and teamwork skills
  • Experience managing vendors and service delivery
  • Ability to assess maintenance needs and coordinate work
  • Proficiency with computerized work management systems
  • Knowledge of EHS protocols and safety procedures
