As part of a global talent search, ACCIONA Infrastructure North America is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Controls Lead to join one of our major infrastructure projects based in Toronto, Ontario.

The Project Controls Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the project controls function. • Developing and maintaining the project controls components of the Project Execution Plan submittals
• Leading and directing the project controls team in alignment with the Project Execution Plan submittals
• Overseeing project estimates, scheduling, and risk management
• Managing change control processes, cost control, and budgeting
• Administering project information systems and ensuring the effectiveness of related processes
• Other duties as related to the role.

• 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years’ of project controls experience in a lead role on complex design-build or P3 major public transportation projects, ideally subways, throughout the project lifecycles.
• Education or certification related to project controls/project management.
• Collaborative contracting experience including development of a target price, gainshare/painshare mechanics and efficient allocation of risk between parties is a strong asset.
