Role purpose

As a Commercial Insights Coordinator, you will support the Research & Insights team by assisting with data preparation, reporting, and basic analysis tasks. This entry-level role is designed for a recent Commerce/Business graduate or someone beginning their career in commercial and market analysis. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions (most importantly our Leasing and Media teams) and develop foundational skills in data analysis, stakeholder communication, and commercial strategy. Reporting to a Senior Commercial Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering insights that drive business decisions.

Key Accountabilities

Data Preparation and Reporting    

  • Assist in gathering and compiling data and insights from various sources.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for analysis and reporting.

Analysis support    

  • Help with analysis to support commercial decision-making.
  • Prepare compelling data packs and presentations to be used by our Leasing and Media teams
  • Learn and apply analytical techniques under guidance from senior team members.

Team Coordination

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Research & Insights team.
  • Help schedule meetings, track project timelines, and manage documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Experience & Capabilities

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (what you have done)    

  • Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis or business strategy is a plus.

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE (what you need to know)    

  • Basic understanding of commercial principles and financial concepts.
  • Familiarity with Excel and introductory data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
