What you will do:

  • Maintenance, update, storage and control of physical security documentation, regularly audits systems to comply with internal controls and legal requirements.

  • Share monthly materials with Managers, such as reporting, FAQs, tracking of key metrics, among others. 

  • Support different teams within Stryker on access control, camera/CCTV, visitor management, uniformed guards, and other security tools.

  • Partnership with vendors on supporting the security tools in place by being the first line of help for internal customers.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the building security systems by monitoring and responding to incidents, changes, problems and knowledge management processes and procedures

  • Manage the monitoring of Stryker assets using Everbridge and report events to site point of contact(s)

  • Communicate out to sites on terminated employees to verify that the terminated individual is not in the access control system for the site.

  • Work with the Physical Security Team to have in place career path goals for each team member, discussions on performance of team members, and plan the growth of the team.

  • Partnering with local HR Managers and Talent Management leader for the deployment of local communications and logistics for local courses/training.

  • Responsible for updating and supporting the preparation of annual training plans for the site, in partnership with other areas.

What you need:

  •   Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience required preferably within a matrixed international company (preferably with US-based headquarters or a Multinational company)

  • 2+ years leading a team within a corporate structure

  • Fluent spoken and written English are required. Any other language is a plus.

Travel Percentage: 10%
