This position plays a pivotal role in transforming raw data into clear, accurate insights that drive purchasing, supply chain planning, supplier decisions, and operational efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to smarter, faster, and more confident decision making across the business.

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support supply chain KPIs and decision‑making.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, intuitive reporting tools.
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and automated refresh cycles.
  • Validate, clean, and reconcile data from multiple sources including ERP systems, supplier databases, inventory tools, and external data feeds.  Report on progress with regular status updates.
  • Identify data inconsistencies/risks and work cross‑functionally to resolve root causes.
  • Establish data quality checks, documentation, and governance standards.
  • Conduct analysis on spending, supplier performance, inventory, materials management, and operational trends.
  • Provide clear recommendations backed by accurate data and insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as supplier negotiations, cost‑savings projects, supplier evaluations, and forecasting improvements.
  • Help develop and maintain data structures, mapping, and naming conventions to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
  • Automate manual processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to enhance data systems, pipelines, and integration points.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.

Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, Power Query).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and a mindset focused on accuracy and data integrity.
