Job Summary:
Shanghai Disney Resort is presently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager with a broad Human Resources background and a demonstrated track record of success in a fast-paced and global work environment.
The manager who succeeds in this role should be a highly organized and analytically-gifted thought leader. You will be able to: bring highly value-added service to Human Resources activities for the defined clients; align and integrate Human Resources strategies, goals and practices in order to ensure high performing employees/teams; drive leadership development and address systemic organizational issues; embody strong personal competencies such as influence, relationship building, and political savvy.
The manager will have the ability to apply knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements and company policy into day-to-day decisions. At the same time, you can find organizational issues, give guidance and promote communication to ensure Cast Members have good working experience and meet the service standards of Shanghai Disney Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will directly work with the Human Resources Leaders and Business leaders, set up yearly team people strategy, which in support of the organizations’ objectives across Shanghai Disney Resort business functions.
- Proactively consult with clients and recommend Human Resources strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes.
- Work closely with client management teams to provide Human Resources leadership, anticipate employee and organizational issues.
- Make recommendations and implement solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key employees.
- Collaborate with business clients and the broader Human Resources organization to ensure a unified Human Resources delivery approach.
- Ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing performance management, organizational design, analysis and change management, talent assessments, leadership development and succession planning.
- Provide guidance to business unit managers and development of strategies/recommendations to improve associate satisfaction, support career development and align with Shanghai Disney Resort culture.
- Work closely with other Human Resources functions in Shanghai Disney Resort on various projects and initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
- 8+ years as a senior Human Resources practitioner in a multi-national organization with proven experience of working across different cultures
- Bachelor's degree in operation management or related majors.
- Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
- Strong Guest service skills and the proven ability to respond proactively to client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication in Mandarin and English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence leaders and team members, and to drive and inspire results.
- Demonstrated a strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently.
- Ability to exemplify the values of the Disneyland Resort and share those values with clients and guests.
- Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Disneyland Resort.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a rapidly changing work environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

工作内容:
- 协助人力资源领导和业务领导,制定年度团队人员战略,以此满足上海迪士尼度假区业务部门的发展需求。
- 主动与业务部门沟通并提供人力资源战略解决方案,改善关键业务成果。
- 与业务管理团队紧密合作,从人力资源角度预测演职人员和组织的相关问题。
- 提出建议和实施解决方案来吸引、激励、发展演职人员。
- 与业务部门以及和更广义的人力资源组织合作,确保达成统一的人力资源实施方法。
- 通过持续的绩效管理,组织设计、分析和变更管理,人才评价,领导力发展和继任计划等项目确保高水准的效率。
- 为业务部门经理提供指导,制定战略/建议以提高演职人员满意度,支持职业发展并向其提供适合上海迪士尼度假区企业文化的职业发展之路。
- 在其他重要项目和计划上与上海迪士尼度假区其他人力资源职能部门密切合作。
我们希望您:
- 拥有 8年以上跨国公司人力资源从业经验
- 拥有经营管理或者其他相关专业本科学历。
- 拥有高效的计算机技能(如Excel,Word和PowerPoint)以及对其它系统的技术能力。
- 具备极强的服务意识,能够积极主动地对业务部门的需求作出反应。
- 拥有高效的中英文沟通技能,包括熟练掌握清晰、准确的口语和书面交流的能力。
- 拥有较强的领导力和影响力,能激励团队。
- 拥有主动性和强烈的紧迫感,具有高效解决问题的能力。
- 充分认同迪士尼的价值观并与业务部门及团队分享价值观。
