The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for working with our partners (web owners, app owners) daily to maximize their advertisement revenue. You will have a unique opportunity to possess full visibility across both supply and demand channels to maximize advertising monetization. The primary focus of this role is to team up with the Publisher Engagement team to develop the implementation of AnyMind’s programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue in this space.
What You'll Do
Game Launch Projects:
Conduct in-depth game market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Brainstorm innovative game ideas and define gameplay directions, UI/UX design, and In-App Purchase (IAP) packages.
Collaborate with the development team to execute game plans and build high-quality games.
Work with the App Store Optimization (ASO) team to launch games on app stores.
Support the User Acquisition (UA) team in preparing UA plans and Profit & Loss (PnL) analyses.
Game Operations & Performance Monitoring:
Oversee game performance during soft launch, official launch, UA test phases, and maintenance phases.
Analyze user experience, and monetization performance, and provide actionable recommendations to developers for optimization.
Optimize IAA and IAP performance to maximize game revenue.
Collaborate with the UA team to monitor profitability and refine UA strategies based on monetization data.
Who You Are
Proven experience in game industry roles such as game operations, game monetization, or working in a product-driven environment (e.g., publishing houses or game studios).
Demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of technology, marketing, analytics, and data-driven solutions
Detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
Proficiency in English is a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding communication
An open mind with a strong willingness to learn
Logical, data-oriented, and tech-driven
Independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js...) is a big plus but not required
Having a clear career vision is a big plus
The ability to communicate in other languages (Japanese, Chinese) is highly desirable
