Job Purpose
Drive digital revenue growth by increasing adoption and effective use of TD SYNNEX eCommerce and EDI solutions, enhancing customer experience, and improving operational efficiency across sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own the performance and adoption of eCommerce platforms (webshop, datapack, EDI) at country/regional level, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
Execute eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and improve customer engagement.
Act as the key point of contact between business, customers, and IT to ensure seamless digital integration and user experience.
Lead EDI onboarding initiatives with customers to optimize order automation and reduce manual processes.
Identify business opportunities and market needs to enhance digital capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.
Monitor platform performance, proactively identifying risks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas impacting sales and operations.
Support product releases through testing and validation to ensure business continuity and minimal disruption.
Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement through clear communication on tools, updates, and value proposition.
Enable sales teams and customers through training and promotion of eCommerce solutions to increase digital channel penetration.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT) to ensure alignment on priorities and maximize business impact.
Track, analyze, and report KPIs (adoption rates, digital sales, EDI usage, efficiency gains) to support decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue generation and customer value.
Proven understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and digital sales enablers.
Knowledge of EDI, SAP, and order automation processes is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business actions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Good understanding of project delivery and change management principles.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of digital solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to prioritize in dynamic environments.
Minimum 3 years in customer-facing or commercial/operations roles.
Previous experience in a similar digital, eCommerce or process optimization role.
