As Lead Product Owner, you will:

  • Be responsible of the end-to-end scope definition process for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations
  • Translate high-level business objectives into actionable product changes and requirements in deliverables
  • Mentor and guide a team of Product Owners, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistent methodologies are applied.
  • Act as a central point of contact for Product Owners in the underlying initiative, ensuring their outputs align with the project’s broader objectives.
  • Work closely with sponsor, Business Developer, Product domain and Project Manager cross business lines in larger projects & provide vision and guidance on project priorities to the whole project team
  • Ensure continuous consistency in the business definition to secure global business objectives
  • Contribute to clients and markets discussions and engagement

Do (or make done)

  • Document, prioritize & share the requirements and rationale for the product
  • Ensure right balance between Client requirements and delivery complexity and timeline from a business perspective
  • Organize User acceptance testing in accordance with the Project timeframe and escalate material risks to the delivery of User requirements
  • Deliver from initiative through the planning phase, execution and transition to BAU. Lead the review and sign off from Sponsor/Key stakeholders on business deliverables
  • Support business stakeholders in documenting the market changes for decision at programme level and / or for client engagement
  • Document the client documentation, manage a common glossary across business line.
  • Contribute to the data dictionary and business migration per market and cross business line
  • Centralize, develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business strategy.
  • Define and communicate the product roadmap to guide the development team.

  • Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders regarding solutions and deliveries 
  • Ensure that products comply with applicable legislation
  • Navigate in a rapidly changing business landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Deliver recommendations that increase revenue and/or reduce costs (top and bottom line)
  • Demonstrate proactiveness and agility in responding to emerging opportunities and challenges within the business domain
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business strategy.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, a prioritized list of features and user stories.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
  • Participate in the testing and acceptance of deliverables to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to client documentation.
  • Be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and requirements.
