What you need to know about this position:
Digital Transformation at Mondelēz International is driving enterprise-wide automation and service management through platforms like ServiceNow, Pega, Celonis, Power Platform etc. The IT Service Management (ITSM) organization leverages ServiceNow and Power Platform to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and deliver seamless employee and customer experiences. Projects are delivered using Agile methodology with typical sprint cycles of 2-4 weeks and release cadences of 6-8 weeks.
Automations COE is a strategic offering within the MDS organization, enabling enterprise service delivery across IT, HR, Finance, and other business functions. The CoE focuses on building scalable, modular solutions that drive operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality across the organization.
The role calls for designing, developing, configuring and maintaining applications and modules on the ServiceNow and Power platform to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
ServiceNow (50%)
• Build and manage service catalog items, record producers and order guides
• Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM or other ServiceNow modules
• Develop custom scopes applications using the ServiceNow App Engine (Studio)
• Configure and maintain Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Implement integration of external systems with ServiceNow using integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA etc.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support
LCNC (50%)
· Lead the development of scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
· Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks for Power Platform development
· Conduct code reviews, solution assessments, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers
· Serve as the technical point of contact for Power Platform-related decisions and escalations
· Maintain Power Platform governance policies (DLP, environment management, licensing optimization)
· Monitor platform usage, performance, and adoption metrics; provide recommendations for improvement
· Ensure compliance with organizational security, data privacy, and IT policies
· Collaborate with the broader LCNC (Low-Code/No-Code) engineering team and other COE members
Job specific requirements:
Technical know-how required / preferred
• Expert-level proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), and Dataverse
• Proficiency in REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard development (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages
• Experience with ServiceNow platform including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations)
• Knowledge of HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules
• Translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and workflows
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and AI/ML capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, NLU)
• Experience in solution design, development, configuration, and platform administration
