Job Description

主要职责

• 负责工厂ERP系统的日常管理、配置优化及用户支持，确保系统稳定高效运行；
• 作为工厂与Global IT团队、平行职能部门及上下游业务单元的关键接口，协调需求沟通、项目推进与问题解决；
• 深入理解生产制造各环节（如计划、采购、仓储、生产、质量、物流等），识别业务痛点，设计并落地数据驱动的智能解决方案；
• 利用数据分析工具对运营数据进行挖掘、建模与可视化，为管理层提供决策支持；
• 探索并引入AI、自动化、物联网等前沿技术，推动工厂智能化与数字化转型；
• 编写技术文档、培训材料，并对内部用户开展系统使用培训。

任职要求

• 大学本科及以上学历，硕士研究生优先；
• 工科、计算机科学、信息管理、工业工程或相关专业背景；具备生产制造行业经验者优先；
• 熟悉制造企业业务流程及ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle等）者优先；
• 具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Python、Power BI、Excel等工具；
• 有实际编程经验（如Python、Java、C#等），并具备AI/机器学习项目落地经验者优先；
• 出色的跨部门沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和快速学习能力；
• 英语良好，能与Global团队顺畅协作。
