Blockchain.com is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the cryptocurrency industry. We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role, combining office management responsibilities with active involvement in our Customer Success team. 

This hybrid role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to expand their skill set and transition into a customer-facing role. Initially, the role will be a 50/50 split between office management and customer success, offering a unique chance to diversify skills and expertise. As the individual becomes proficient in customer success responsibilities, there is a clear pathway for the role to evolve into a full-time Customer Success Associate position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Become the first point of contact for all office related issues.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires in Paris.
  • Heavy involvement in staff engagement and events for the Paris team.
  • Organize and maintain seating plans and desk arrangements.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and supplies.
  • Broadcast pertinent information and updates via Slack to all Paris employees.
  • Manage communication with the building managers (Joro).
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership on-site visits. 
  • Manage office budgets and track all invoices related to the office.
  • Oversee meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for meetings.
  • Track access cards and grant access for visiting team members. 
  • Collect and track incoming mail, liaise with the building receptionist.

  • Proficiency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
