Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans on the subjects enrolled in the research studies approved by Washington University in an organized and timely fashion. Render appropriate patient triage & care and provide guidance for the MRI procedures during the process.
Develop and maintain research records in an accurate and timely manner, including the collection and management of electronic and digital data, burning disks when required.
Facilitate data transfer to various computer platforms and software programs using IT management tools; ensure that HIPPA regulations are maintained in data transfer and rapidly notify the CCIR management of any violation or computer performance issue that may compromise HIPPA procedures.
Work with and help train staff, as appropriate, help implement and develop instruction resources and best practices for project coordination.
Establish and maintain strong communication and feedback paths with other CCIR staff and R&D groups, including (if needed) participation in monitoring visits conducted by the research study sponsor and/or regulatory agency by providing clarification, research data and reports.
