SUMMARY:
Support C&B Consulting Sr. Manager through;
Conducts a comprehensive analysis of compensation data, including market surveys and internal equity assessments and coordinates and facilitates implementation of corporate-level compensation programs and initiatives covering Japan and ANZ. (e.g. Job Evaluation, Salary Structure Proposal, Merit Budgets, and so on)
Provides insights and recommendations to enhance compensation programs and ensure they align with market trends across Japan and ANZ.
Trains managers in Japan in the administration of Merit Increase Process in Workday.
Collaborates with FP&A and other HR functions to ensure smooth operations of sales incentive and variable payment activities across three entities in Japan.

1. Merit Budgets/Guidelines/Exercise* (Japan and ANZ, *Japan only) 10%
2. Grading and Job Evaluation (Japan and ANZ) 20%
3. Incentive Plan calculation 20%
4. Gender Pay Gap Analysis and Reporting (Japan and ANZ) 10%
5. Salary Structure Proposal (Japan and ANZ) 10%
6. New Hire/Promotion/Equity Adjustment Salary Proposal 10%
7. Comp Survey 10%
8. LTI Operation 5%
9. Local Projects 5%
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No people management required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of C&B experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Business level English. Japanese will be an added advantage.
