SEA Channel Leader – Automotive Aftermarket Division
The SEA Asia Channel Leader is responsible for leading the channel strategy, distributor network performance, and indirect sales execution across key Southeast Asian markets. This role oversees commercial activities across multiple countries, ensuring consistent deployment of channel programs, strong regional partner capability, and alignment with divisional growth objectives. The position requires strong strategic leadership, regional commercial experience, and the ability to manage diverse channel ecosystems across varying levels of maturity within Southeast Asia.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in automotive aftermarket sales, channel management, or distributor leadership across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
• Strong understanding of the regional aftermarket ecosystem, including channel partners, workshops, and retailers.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and executing channel strategies across diverse markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision‑making capabilities, with proficiency in managing complex market data and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia to support partners and market execution.
