The Program Management Senior Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to execution, delivery, and performance measurement.
Advanced knowledge of project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, along with reporting tools like Tableau.
Portfolio Management Expertise: Experience in managing project portfolios, assessing risks, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning them with organizational goals.
Value Stream Optimization: Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles to optimize value streams, eliminate waste, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Roadmap Planning: Ability to create and maintain detailed project and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and deliverables.
Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change initiatives and fostering adoption of Agile principles across teams and departments.
Process Improvement: Expertise in analyzing existing PMO processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Complex Problem Solving: Strong capability to address and resolve multifaceted problems within projects, products, or organizational workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver value.
Facilitation Skills: Proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Executive Reporting: Experience in preparing and delivering high-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to executives and key stakeholders.
Business and Technical Translation: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Team Coaching: Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices, product management principles, and tools to drive continuous improvement.
Mentorship Capability: Proven ability to mentor junior analysts or team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
Conflict Resolution: Strong ability to mediate conflicts and resolve differences between project stakeholders or team members.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on delivering value to customers by understanding their needs and expectations.
