We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Production Management AIOps team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that automate routine production tasks, enhance predictive capabilities, and integrate AI into existing operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, and a desire to work with the latest technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications (JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, NoSQL)
• Write clean, efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and rigorous quality standards throughout the SDLC
• Design and implement Python-based data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data science and AIOps solutions into existing systems
• Actively participate in agile processes and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions
• Communicate technical details, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders
• Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud) and proactively identify system enhancements
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with ReactJS and NodeJS. Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Python and essential data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud native environments (Google Cloud, AWS) and API Gateway technologies is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
