- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level human capital management solutions.
- Experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within integrated software environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
