Role Overview:

This position provides an opportunity to lead a team of 10-15, driving both team and business objectives. As an Assistant Manager, you will set a standard for excellence, communicate with passion, embrace change, and ensure the accurate, timely, and complete delivery of data to clients. You will manage stakeholder relationships and enhance your technical skills through diverse project involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver daily production using agile methodologies.
  • Oversee project allocation, productivity, and quality.
  • Drive efficiencies through automation and technology.
  • Implement workflow improvements and handle escalations per company policies.
  • Develop team critical thinking and manage talent effectively.
  • Build long-term stakeholder relationships and manage conflicting priorities.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Show interest in financial and internet research.
  • Exhibit flexibility in thinking and actions.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and organizational focus on quality and process.
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Collaborate with team members at all levels and manage offshore teams.
  • Understand Agile/Kanban methodologies and have experience with process automation.

Communication Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Provide constructive feedback, motivate team members, and lead conference calls effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post graduate in Finance/Commerce or related stream.
  • 3-5 years of team management experience.
  • Knowledge of Data/Content Management; familiarity with the Private Companies universe is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong research and data mining skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools; experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts. like
