The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a CO Analyst - Customer Care with German you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Building strong customer relationships through prompt and effective responses to inquiries via email, telephone, and chat. 

  • Resolving queries related to data delivery, changes in existing orders in SAP, customer data updates, product availability, and more. 

  • Proactively managing blocked orders to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Collaborating with the business to enhance customer relationship management using Salesforce functionalities. 

  • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time, driving continuous process improvement. 

  • Monitoring work queues for new requests, ensuring timely and efficient handling. 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university 

  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Logistics, Marketing 

  • Proficiency in English, Polish, and German at a minimum of B2+ level

  • Previous experience working with ERP or CRM platforms (especially SAP and SalesForce) are nice to have 

  • Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.
