The A/L Optimization Sr Specialist is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation – translate market requirements into business requirements and lead development projects
  • Work with the regions local product teams to fill product gaps in order to expand and enhance the existing product set
  • Interact with global product management to ensure global consistency and approach
  • Day-to-day transactional and coverage service to Client Managers and Account Managers for all product-related enquiries
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Experience in Product Management beneficial
  • Tertiary level qualification
  • Customer service skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred


This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and Day-to-Day Portfolio Management responsibility for LMS offering and P&L in the region, including financial performance and portfolio optimization.

  • Ensure process optimization though continuous feedback loops from internal and external clients, promoting a proactive and responsive approach to client needs and market evolutions.

  • Ensure frictionless and fast client facing processes (incl. new launchings and Migrations) including digital and self-service experience

  • Generate new campaigns for LMS opportunities by leveraging on client view data, to increase and track our LMS product adoption

  • Develop an action plan to address VOC (Voice of the Client) feedback. Partner with cross-functional and coverage teams to execute, use data to enhance client experience

  • Invest time to keep track of Competition, Market Trends, New Technologies

  • Act as an advisor to Sales and RMs to identify data-driven levers for delivering stronger Client performance and resource efficiency

  • Coordinate correct uploading of external materials to new global platform (Seismic). Assure all LMS products have external materials and solution packages, create materials if needed.

  • Be a regional partner to our local product teams and sales teams, by providing regional views on product adoption for a client (instead of local view per client). Ensure best practices replication and regional approach to the client for product adoption, balance and Revenue growth.

  • Lead and promote constant training for internal and external clients, promote x-training across Services and Markets to find synergies and increase client stickiness

  • Generate marketing materials (events, forums, webinars, breakfasts), work in strong collaboration with marketing and sales teams to be top of mind liquidity bank partner for clients. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content in partnership with marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Strong data management and data analytics skills

  • Proven track record of Initiative and Self-Direction

  • Advanced English proficiency
