Unit Descriptions:
The Med Surg Unit in Edmond allows healthcare professionals to participate in clinically advanced patient care and use cutting-edge technology. The unit also provides advanced clinical education with access to step down training. There is a tremendous amount of Tech support in the unit and is not an on-call unit.
The ICU unit in Edmond consists of a 12-bed mix of ICU. This unit is a great place to start or continue your ICU career because it sees a diverse set of patients from all over the area. Edmond ICU has a very supportive team structure that sets RN's up for success, not burn out.

General Description:
Under general direction of Nursing leadership, the RN Manager is responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of services to ensure that quality health care is delivered. The RN Manager is responsible for creating a dynamic patient-centered environment, managing and developing teams with hands-on clinical duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN required; Master’s level degree preferred
Experience: Three (3) years of supervisory or charge nurse experience
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. ACLS (American Heart Association) required within 6 months of hire.
