In your Source to contract (S2C) Buyer role You will be responsible for carrying out sourcing projects for goods and services, from identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their proposals to issuing purchase orders, and finalizing purchases by following the approved category strategy. You will need to ensure that goods and services are purchased from the most cost effective and technically capable suppliers and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. In addition, You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for spend consolidation and supplier base combined with deployment of catalogues. In Your role You will acts as a bridge between business and Procurement Operations Teams.

Responsibilities:
Researching and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure that the best products or services are sourced at the best prices.
Developing and issuing request for proposals (RFx) in Coupa to potential suppliers
Analyzing responses to RFPs to determine which suppliers are the best fit for the company's needs.
Issuing purchase orders to suppliers to finalize the procurement process.
Managing supplier relationships to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services.
Monitoring supplier performance to ensure that goods and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings to reduce costs through strategic sourcing and negotiations with suppliers.
Performing all administrative tasks related to buyer’s daily job (Competitive Bid Exception /Coupa Contract Record creation, Vendor onboarding, risk assessment form etc.)

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Procurement background: understanding of E2E procurement processes including Procure to Order and Sourcing
Category knowledge: MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) and PSIM (Professional Services and Indirect materials) knowledge will be an advantage
Proficiency with procurement systems and tools - SAP, E-Procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba)
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, as well as with external suppliers
Strong analytical skills to analyze proposals and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions
Ability to collaborate with the category managers to ensure effective implementation of category strategies through management of low value purchases and tail spend
Time and task management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, planning and managing own work to drive tangible benefits and savings
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience managing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong resilience and adaptability, solution oriented approach with the ability to operate with ambiguity in a transformational environment.
Languages: English C1 level required
