About you

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Distribution Assistant to support our distribution team in Bundamba in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from our warehouse to our customers. The Distribution Assistant will play a crucial role in organizing, packing, and shipping orders accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the picking, packing, and labelling of products for shipment.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders before they are dispatched.

• Material handling activities including unloading of trucks and containers.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

• Collaborate with other team members to streamline distribution processes and improve efficiency.

• Always adhere to GMP and safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Current Forklift Ticket is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
