The Opportunity

You will be part of Hitachi Energy's Cooling Systems business unit in Landskrona. We have global responsibility for the development and manufacture of cooling systems for Power Electronic applications and other applications that require cooling systems with high reliability and availability. Our cooling systems contribute to a safe and reliable operation where the customer and the environment are in focus. Cooling Systems in Landskrona is a market-leading supplier with customers all over the world. Together with 270 employees working with development and manufacturing in Landskrona and a growing market, we are now looking for an SAP Master Data Specialist to join our team.

How you’ll make an impact

• Own and optimize end‑to‑end master data processes and flows, using your expertise to design and implement master data management solutions that support our business at scale.
• Drive data coordination and integration to secure efficient processes and consistent, reliable data flows for stakeholders across the value chain.
• Provide system support and data quality governance, strengthening data integrity, accuracy, and availability enterprise‑wide.
• Conduct testing and system validation to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data and system performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to master data processes, boosting efficiency and resilience.
• Define, review, and evaluate master data management metrics, recommending actions that raise data quality and business value.
• Deliver training, guidance, and best practices to users to build strong master data capabilities throughout the organization.
• Operate as an experienced professional who works independently with general supervision and influences others through clear communication of facts, policies, and practices.

Your Background

• A technical education or experience working in a technology‑oriented environment is considered an advantage.
• Creative, curious, and solution‑oriented—comfortable challenging existing ways of working and contributing new ideas.
• Open‑minded and humble, eager to learn from mistakes and continuously improve.
• Thrive in a collaborative setting with many internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven knowledge and solid hands‑on experience working in/with SAP — this is a firm requirement.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build productive, trust‑based relationships.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from a production environment is considered a merit.
