Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide friendly and exceptional customer service to all patrons using our parking lot.
  • Process cash and credit transactions by following established procedures.
  • Utilize available resources to assist customers.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork for all procedures (opening, closing and daily operation).
  • Light cleaning duties in the lot and attendant booth each day.
  • Report parking irregularities to supervisor or manager.
  • Provide information to customers in need of assistance.
  • Cross train and occasionally work in other areas as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Experience & Skills and Abilities     

  • Demonstrates ability and strong desire to provide a high standard of customer service with enthusiasm and energy.
  • Friendly, courteous, professional demeanor.
  • Capable of performing light maintenance work and standing for long periods during shift.
  • Possess excellent record of attendance, and reliability in previous employment.

Hours of Work

This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be outside and exposed to all weather conditions. This position regularly interacts with customers. The employee will regularly be standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, and must be able to lift or move items that weigh up to 30lbs.
