Job Description:
Join our team as a Senior Analyst III Controllership (m/f/d), where you'll contribute to maintaining and enhancing our financial accuracy and operational excellence. In this role, you will assist in analyzing, reviewing, verifying, and reconciling financial records, preparing specialized financial reports, and performing financial analyses to drive strategic decision-making.
What to expect?
As a Senior Analyst III Controllership, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and posting journal entries to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
Reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts with the general ledger, identifying discrepancies, and determining corrective actions.
Developing and maintaining spreadsheets for account analysis and journal entries to standardize and streamline record-keeping.
Participating in initiatives such as accounting software updates, offering expertise and innovative solutions; and assisting in the implementation and refinement of accounting systems and controls.
Providing insights into accounting principles for internal clients when necessary.
Conducting studies and recommending enhancements for the accounting function.
What do we expect?
We’re looking for a dedicated professional with the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience: A minimum of three years in accounting or finance, with expertise in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
