Must have Skills : Microsoft Azure IaaS Good to Have Skills : Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure Architecture Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for client technical environment and processes 2 Be the primary client liaison for all client facing technical discussions 3 Responsible for tracking outstanding problems resulting from alert trending analysis and provide recommendation for adjustment and ensure client reported incidents and problems 4 Act as the change and capacity manager for the services being delivered 5 Be responsible for driving the RCA process for major incident and conduct client reviews Technical Experience : Min 6 years of exp supporting Azure for clients - Working knowledge of troubleshooting IaaS/PaaS in Azure and PowerShell - Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory to include Azure AD, Azure ADDS, Privileged Identity Management, Azure Policies and RBAC -Azure networking to include Application Gateway, Azure Bastion, Azure DNS, Azure Firewall, Express Route, Load Balancer, Network Watcher, Private Link, Traffic Manager, Azure Monitor -Knowledge in PaaS services like Azure Apps, Databases Professional Attributes : 1Should be highly credible with demonstrable ability to solve business problems 2 Passion for customers, learning, having proven ability to be client focus 3 Solid written and spoken English skills Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Additional Info : Must have client facing exp, ready to work in extended B Shift, Must have AZ-104, Good to have AZ-304
