As the Director of Product Management for the IT Solutions Group at GoTo, you will be leading our Managed Services Provider (MSP) initiative for GoTo Resolve, overseeing the strategy and execution of this new offering. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the MSP buyer and the unique needs of MSPs in the IT Management Ecosystem. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure that GoTo Resolve’s MSP offering deliver exceptional value to our customers, and drive business growth.

Your Day to Day

As the Director, Product Management, you would be working on:

Product Strategy and Roadmap Definition:

  • Define and communicate a compelling product strategy for GoTo Resolve’s MSP offering.
  • Identify emerging trends and customer needs to guide product innovation and differentiation
  • Execute on the roadmap, making tradeoffs and correcting course based on business results, and market learnings. 

Lead Cross-functionally to deliver results:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to bring our offering Market, tell our story and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other internal Product teams to deliver high-quality products that MSPs love and value.

Bring Customer and Market focus towards enabling the team

  • Directly Engage with Customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate the strategy, roadmap, and product hypotheses.
  • Bring a deep understanding of competitive landscape, and MSP ecosystem and enable teams to translate that to customer value.

Know the business  

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
  • Use data analytics to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead with deep understanding of SaaS metrics.

Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Invest in the professional growth and development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

As the Director, Product Management, your background will look like:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Products for Managed Service Providers
  • Demonstrated experience in bringing early-stage products to market, achieving product market fit, and channel market fit.
  • Proven record leading and growing a team of Product Managers.
  • Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills
  • Optionally, experience with a product-led approach towards growth

Annual Base Salary Range:178,500.00 - 223,000.00 - 267,500.00 USD Annual

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
