  • Address seller friction and operational complexity across key Fashion Marketplace workflows.
  • Support Strategic Account Manager through complex scenarios, escalations, and interim solutions for high-priority sellers

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
  • Act as a connective leader across multiple functions to drive shared outcomes for the Fashion Marketplace.
  • Ensure Fashion Marketplace perspectives are represented in enterprise-level initiatives and strategic discussions.
  • Align stakeholders on goals, tradeoffs, and next steps in complex, multi-workstream efforts.

  • You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into structured plans.
  • You can build strong business cases and articulate opportunity sizing clearly.
  • You influence outcomes through relationships and clarity, not formal authority.
  • You communicate effectively with both operational teams and senior leaders.
  • You are organized, proactive, and energized by complex, cross-functional work.
