Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, Vantor seeks to appoint a commercially focused Senior Transformation Director with a primary mission to drive International Revenue Growth. The Senior Transformation Director will catalyse, facilitate and capture the revenue opportunity across international markets, with a focus on government customers.
The Senior Transformation Director will be based in Vantor's London Office, the central hub for the company's fast-growing International Government business.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years transforming and executing organizational strategies
Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Political Science, Software Engineering, Earth Sciences, Geospatial Engineering)
Proven experience in project management leadership in organization that develops software and technology for Governments
Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap development, and go-to-market activities
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, coupled with a strong business acumen
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of the transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with the organization’s performance indicators and quality standards
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic growth culture and a rapidly evolving industry landscape
Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously, and manage the associated budget, resources, and risks
Preferred Requirements:
5+ years of consulting experience, or similar role within
Experience operating in the Aerospace & Defense and software/technology sectors preferred
Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including broad programs requiring change management via a systematic approach or governance process
Demonstrated experience and track record of influencing and driving change across complex and multiple stakeholders.
Track record of successfully managing multiple work streams in parallel and delivering results against time-sensitive deadlines
Needs hand-on keyboard, not afraid to roll up his or her sleeves
Exhibits a high level of initiative; challenges and explores new ideas while understanding and communicating the risks to the organization.
Ability to travel (~25%)
