Under the responsibility of the Senior Finance Manager the Vehicle Licensing Administrator assists with licensing for the Quebec/Eastern Canada Business
unit.
This is a 6 month contract position.
This position requires traveling to other locations and a driver's license and your own transportation is an asset.
Salary - 43,000 - 47,000
Responsibilities
· Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, shredding
· Bank and SAAQ runs
· Gathering documents for plating units
· Documentation of activity and correspondence with Operations, Rental, Sales, Asset Management and Finance Team to perform duties
· Completing transactions in person, online, and through mail to license/register Ryder and customer vehicles at agencies within Eastern Canada and Quebec including new plates, replacements, renewals and cancellations
· Handling of financial documents in order to complete licensing transactions
· Reconciliation of accounting transactions concerning transactions completed
· Processing of tolls/citations as needed
Qualifications
· Additional Job Description
· Diploma/Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
· One (1) year or more administrative experience in a office environment
· Experience in a logistics environment an asset
· Written and oral communications skills
· Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
· Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
· Personal transportation required in order to complete job tasks
