How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as the primary interface between engineering and production teams.

  • Interpret and communicate engineering drawings, BOMs, and design intent.

  • Provide hands-on technical support to shop floor personnel.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues.

  • Collaborate with engineering to clarify and optimize design specifications.

  • Document technical support activities and ensure feedback loops with engineering.

  • Lead training sessions on interpreting engineering documents and best practices.

  • Promote design standardization and manufacturability principles.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.

  • Strong understanding of transformer design and manufacturing processes.

  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and BOMs.

  • Skilled in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Familiarity with CAD and ERP systems.
