Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and quality managers to ensure alignment on quality standards, and drive successful integration of test automation strategies throughout the product development life cycle
Collaborate with App/Server platform teams to ensure architecture patterns and practices support solid testing experience for developers
Promote best practices in test code quality, maintainability, and strategy
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and industry trends
Lead the team in continuously improving performance, reliability, and scalability of automated testing frameworks
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, techniques, and best practices for iOS/Android mobile native apps and back-end testing as well as CI/CD and release processes.
Strong background in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for mobile native and web applications. Experience in test automation development using Espresso (Kotlin), XCUI Test (Swift), and Playwright (Typescript)
Experience in building Quality Engineering team from scratch, and developing a strategy for shifting left quality
