Responsible for executing purchases and sales of Treasury, Agency, Commercial Paper, and Money Market Mutual Fund trades including FDIC sweep products in response to institutional client requests provided from U.S. Bank’s Money Center Sales team.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of experience in the investment securities industry
- Current required licenses and/or certificates to trade securities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Basic knowledge of fixed income securities operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
- Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Corporate Treasury business line and clients
- Provide market-related insight and communicates timely and effectively with sales representatives, operations and various other departments as required
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with broker/dealer contacts, mutual fund representatives and other service providers
- Thorough knowledge of trade execution/settlement policies and securities industry practices as they pertain to money market mutual funds and fixed income products
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in MS-Office suite of products including knowledge of VBA and Bloomberg
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet established deadlines
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to generate, balance and reconcile numerous reports including money market mutual fund trades and FDIC sweep products
- Strong customer relation skills, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform in both team and individual environment with an inquisitive mind interested in the fixed income markets
- Ability to handle large transactions, heavy trade volume, significant time pressures and deadlines in the coordination and execution of money market mutual fund and fixed income trades including follow up with minimal errors
- Resolves trading problems accurately and efficiently to limit any potential liability to the organization
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $79,135.00 - $93,100.00 - $102,410.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
