The Arc’teryx People & Culture Japan team is growing!
 
As the Recruiter Retail Japan, you will lead attraction and acquisition strategies for our retail locations across Japan. You are a natural relationship builder and mentor, working in partnership with our Retail Leaders (Store Manager, Regional Manager, Retail Senior Manager, and Director, Retail APAC) and field People and Culture Business Partnership Retail Japan to identify business needs and match them with phenomenal people.
 
You are an advocate and facilitator for our organization and strive to continuously evolve processes that contribute to an excellent candidate and employee experience. You love coming up with new ideas to make the recruitment process as attractive and fast as possible. You are a strong team player and love being part of projects of field focused recruiting projects.
 
This position is based in Tokyo, Japan and hybrid working is allowed (3 days onsite - 2 days at home). Candidates must be eligible to work in Japan.  Some travel is also required of this role to visit retail stores locally in Tokyo, and across Japan when necessary.
