You’ll partner with the Product Coach to lead the Apparel zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. Reporting into the Product Coach, you will:

• Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
• Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
• Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
• Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

• You have a passion for the Nike brand and a strong desire to grow in leadership 
• You bring 1-2 years of retail leadership experience 
• You excel in providing exceptional customer service and expert Apparel advice 
• You have excellent communication skills 
• You are energetic, proactive, and naturally quick to act with a sense of urgency
