Job description:

Proper Insurance® is currently hiring a career-minded Client Account Manager to our team, ensuring a white-glove experience for our ever-increasing list of owners across the U.S. This is a full-time, in-house position.

Work Location: This role will be a full time, in person on site position in our Bozeman, MT office ( 40 Enterprise Blvd Suite 201, Bozeman, MT 59718)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard MST business hours

• Manage client accounts from start to finish, ensuring a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear, timely, and proactive communication with clients throughout their account lifecycle.

• Oversee all communications, inquiries, and updates, ensuring client accounts are well-supported and consistently managed.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by demonstrating strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45,000 annual salary offered

• An additional $2,500 bonus for passing the Property & Casualty Insurance exam (we’ll cover the cost of materials and the test)

Salary Transparency:
