SUMMARY

Drive market expansion and revenue growth for Allegro MicroSystems, a global leader in magnetic sensor and power IC solutions. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our distributor network, empowering them to effectively promote and sell our cutting-edge technologies. You will cultivate strong relationships, identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, and champion Allegro's commitment to innovation in the automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Distributor Account Development: Manage and develop distribution channels in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. Collaborate with distributors to drive demand creation and cultivate potential customers, expanding Allegro's market reach.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, gaining a deep understanding of their customer profiles, core competencies, and management structures. Act as a key liaison between distributors and internal Allegro teams (Key Account Sales, Marketing, FAE, and Management) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Annual Budget Achievement: Take ownership of achieving annual sales targets and maximizing business development initiatives agreed upon with management. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for demand creation in the mass market, securing design wins for targeted applications.

  • Business Opportunities Development: Continuously analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with distributors to develop and execute strategies that secure Allegro's products in key projects, leveraging their resources and expertise.

  • Service Objectives: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively addressing service-related issues in collaboration with distributors and internal teams. Skillfully navigate and resolve distributor conflicts with customers or transfer business situations, maintaining strong relationships and positive outcomes. Manage and conduct quarterly distribution business reviews and monthly reviews to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field; Major in Commercial, Electronic Engineering, Sales/Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the high-tech industry. Prior experience in distribution management is highly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
