As a team:

Lead Inventors are our remarkable engagement leaders; taking responsibility for driving the team towards commercial and human success. In this role you will:

• Bring the breadth of the ?! offer to life for clients and Accenture colleagues – teaching, coaching and providing feedback to strengthen the story
• Understand fundamentals of the Accenture business model as well as the ?! model - and knows what levers we can pull to drive KPIs.

• Have a clear POV on how to crack a client’s challenge, how projects should be delivered for best impact and where they should end up – pinpointing the key questions to answer
• Give the team a clear vision of success for the client’s end to end experience,
  for deliverables and project workshops
• Be a master at leading the delivery of complex projects independently and able
  to solve the majority of team & client issues.

• Develop audacious recommendations that really push the client’s thinking
  and answer the challenge in a human-led, yet business savvy and strategic way.
• Master storyteller able to balance poetry and precision to tell concise, compelling and commanding stories in written word
• Contributes to proposals alongside Directors and ADs, including complex RFP collaborations
