Summary:
Senior Security Delivery Lead with 20+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale SOC operations. Proven expertise across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and major incident management, with a strong focus on improving MTTR and aligning security outcomes to business risk and regulatory requirements. Extensive experience leading Tier 1–3 teams in 24x7 environments, building resilient operating models, and driving continuous improvement across people, process, and technology. Recognized as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients, with strengths in security strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. Demonstrates strong execution leadership through effective program management, proactive problem-solving, and seamless cross-team coordination to achieve business and client objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an technical SME (Subject Matter Expert), extend inputs, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of security projects and be able to take key decisions
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Able to identify Risk in the project and project well in advance and take necessary mitigation steps

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, incident response processes, and threat intelligence integration.
- In depth experience in managing and optimizing SIEM platforms to detect, analyze, and respond to security events.
- Ability to design and implement security monitoring strategies that align with organizational risk management objectives.
- Familiarity with log management, correlation rules, and alert tuning to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
- Skilled in collaborating with IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and timely incident resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 20+ years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
