Responsibilities:

• Perform installations of communication and safety technology in all trucks, as well as conduct repairs and routine maintenance.
• Complete all required work within designated timeframes to ensure quick turnaround times for all trucks.
• Proactively assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Forward-thinking problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional oral communication skills, both with team members and supervisors.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Ability to read and understand repair manuals.
• Proficient in completing/filling tags and repair orders.
• Ability to use and learn various diagnostic software used on tractors/trailers.
• Excellent computer skills.
