JR62879 Procurement Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Expertise

  • Apply working knowledge of all relevant policies and regulations to maintain compliance of business operations.
  • Apply knowledge of Micron business processes to support regulatory activities with the business, suppliers, and customers.

Reporting, Auditing, and Program Administration

  • Drive the Company’s Supplier Due Diligence Process, including sanction screening and reputational due diligence efforts.
  • Apply strong attention to details when conducting the Due Diligence.
  • Serve as a primary contact for addressing stakeholders' concerns related to the Due Diligence process ensuring accountability and prompt resolution of issues raised.
  • Support supplier audits and reporting related to compliance responsibilities
  • Support compliance review and controls assessment of Global Procurement to enforce internal due diligence policies and procedures
  • Develop the training for Procurement team members and key stakeholders on policies, responsibilities, and expectations regarding supplier due diligence.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering

  • Advise key stakeholders on supplier risk evaluations.
  • Partner with cross functional team such as Procurement, Legal and Trade Compliance to design and implement new and incumbent supplier compliance assessments across business functions and geographic areas and recommend effective controls based on those assessments.
  • Drive supplier accountability through both partnership and enforcement of corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) preferred
  • Proficiency in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US locations is desirable but not a must.
