Job Description Summary:

The Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) teams connect the global system supply chain end to end to capture scale and competitive advantage, while driving productivity and sharing best practices.  We are seeking a Supply Chain Consultant who will provide technical leadership and execution support to our assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical risk management, project management frameworks, and commercialization processes.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Provide technical franchise leadership to support specific and challenging goal settings for each bottling plant.
  • Lead actions of bottling plants to optimize manufacturing cost and yields.
  • Act as the execution arm for TI&SC strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Support the development and execution of specific innovation and commercialization plans.
  • Act as primary technical contact point for the bottling partners in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure compliance with KORE requirements and drive initiatives on Sustainability to achieve Live + goals.
  • Support the execution of the TI&SC initiatives at the assigned territory level.
  • Provide PMO/Project Management support for the FO or assigned territory.
  • Embrace and promote the digitalization agenda for our technical systems.
  • Support manufacturing and warehouses capacities to support business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant field of study, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain for a global company.
  • Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong risk mapping and problem-solving skills.
  • Quality, Safety, and environmental systems implementation and improvement skills.
  • Ability to lead the relevant technical communication routines with the bottling plants.
