Our market share on the markets is small, but the opportunity is massive. To unlock it, we need someone well-connected, highly execution-driven, and hands-on — someone who can bring top Grocers and Retailers into the platform fast, build local playbooks, and drive the business forward through relentless commercial hustle.

This is not a strategy desk job. We need someone who has built, sold, launched, and negotiated. You’ll manage a regional team of 7–10 and work across markets to close deals, scale partners, and turn this into a growth machine.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Setting and own the strategy for Groceries & Retail across 7 markets (e.g., Poland, Portugal, etc)</point>
• <point>Defining and delivering commercial, growth, and operational targets (e.g., order volume, retention, basket size, delivery time)</point>
• <point>Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of 7–10 Country Managers / Account Leads across multiple geographies</point>
• <point>Building and expand our partner network — from top grocery chains (e.g., Schwarz Group, Carrefour, Auchan, Jeronimo Martines, Continente), beauty and personal care chains (DM, Rossmann, Sephora, Wells etc), Pharma (Benu, Dr Max, to niche retailers — ensuring selection, pricing, and operational excellence</point>
• <point>Owning the regional P&L, with clear accountability on ROI, margins, and partner unit economics</point>
• <point>Driving cross-functional execution with ops, marketing, finance, and product to optimize the full customer journey</point>

• <point>You have a strong B2B or merchant-facing background, with experience in building long-term commercial partnerships</point>
