Dow Jones is looking for an Associate Director, Due Diligence Quality to join our Due Diligence team responsible for the creation of high-quality reports on companies and/or individuals using a combination of publicly-available sources and proprietary databases. As Associate Director, Due Diligence Quality, you will be responsible for managing a global team of Due Diligence Quality Managers and their respective teams of Content Quality Analysts. You will work closely with your team to establish a consistent global quality assurance methodology and workflow ensuring that our reports are delivered on-time with the highest quality possible.
You will develop a standardized quality assurance program to track performance KPIs of all researchers, including service providers, and vendors. You are also required to provide training/mentoring and leadership to yourdirect reports as well as to other Data Strategy research teams when necessary, and ensure that targets and deadlines are met. You will report to the Director, Risk & Compliance Services.
