As we pursue an enterprise market, the expectation for a robust, secure, and highly available infrastructure has never been higher. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Systems Engineer to help keep our systems, endpoints, and networks running smoothly while supporting our strategic IT and security projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone comfortable administering the tools and platforms we use. Their focus is on keeping our systems running smoothly day-to-day handling routine admin, maintenance and troubleshooting, making small improvements/automation where it helps and taking ownership of well-defined pieces of work within larger projects. They’re also a key escalation point for our IT Support Technician, helping unblock more complex issues while keeping documentation clear.
